Cathy’s love for the stage began when she was still in school. Her first musical was Land of a Thousand Dreams when she was still a full-time dancer with the Television Corporation of Singapore. She was also in Little Shop of Horrors as well as Karma Komittee.

These days she choreographs for musicals and corporate events as well as act on television when time permits. She is most recognized as the ‘mahjong ka-ki’ in Phua Chu Kang. Her hiatus from musicals took her to many different worlds performing on international stages before disembarking on Singapore’s very own Beauty World.

She reckons the stage is a higher ground on which all our forbidden desires may be acted upon.
