IRENE ANG (Wan Choo)

Irene Ang became a household name as Rosie Phua in Singapore's longest running sitcom Phua Chu Kang Pte Ltd, which won her an Asian Television's Best Comedy Actress Award for her outstanding performance.

As CEO of Singapore's first and largest Artiste Management Agency, Fly Entertainment, Irene was nominated Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and awarded the Spirit of Enterprise. She was invited to open the World Speakers Summit and speak at the Singapore Women's Congress. Irene lent her genius to the inaugural Asian Camp Comedy Festival which saw international acts convening in Singapore. Her popularity is evident when she was voted 8Days Readers' Poll's Favourite Comedian and Best Makeover Award.

Last year, she played to a sell-out audience in her first ever one woman show The V Conference. From entrepreneur to entertainer, motivational speaker to stand-up comedian to creative director, Irene is truly the poster girl for over-achievement.
